Sierra is on the Hyrum City Youth Counsel and she had to take her turn at the dunking booth. She didn't have to get dunked, just take the money for it.
Sierra started her Independence day off by running the Freedom Run in Hyrum from the Power plant up the canyon to the city square. She ran the nine miles in 1:17!
